Here are some pointers of how to find an affordable flat that fulfils as many of your wishes as possible:
The number of students in Karlsruhe has being growing and growing which makes the flat hunting everything but stress-free. A good way to avoid some of the stress is to start early – the earlier you start, the better. Also, you should look at as many flats as possible to get a general overview of the market.
